Sorry for not coming here everyday. I've been busy, and chinese is being my main focus. Well, I just wanted to say that RTK is damn usefull! My classmates all strugle with Hanzi, "oh, laoshi, could you repeat the stroke order?", "I'm always forgetting this side of the character...", and I, laugh. My inner me laughs of joy for knowing how to write. Of course, mandarin has simplified charactes, and some I have to learn through the traditional way (though I might create stories too), but they look like their tradicional version or kanji.
My 2 japanese teachers asked in the class if someone already knew some japanese. I did not raise my hand, I don't want my classmates to know that I know. But I might say that to my teachers, on a break or so...
Oh, and remember that guy I was afraid of, he took a course on japanese. I looked at his mandarim notes and his hanzi are so, hum...ugly! He may know some japanese (I must be around his level, though I have the books to be even better).
Tomorrow I'll post the promised pics, now it's late and I will study some more.
