401!

Yup, that's right. I hit the 401 mark, more 99 and I'm in the 1/4 of the book! Today, in fact, after writing this post I will learn some more. I'm having some troubles in making some stories and getting the vivid images for some kanji mostly because of the keyword and the weird meaning in portuguese.

Damn. I think the previous kanji I knew are fading away since I started using RTK. The I'm refering of kanji I learned in Genki and other resources.
But after finishing RTK I will have them back, so, no problem!

Off to more kanji! See if I can get to 500th tomorow! I'll take the book to school and will study as well in the afternoon.

No kanji for today

No kanji for today, I had spanish test and spent the afternoon studying for an history mini-test, happening tomorow. But actually, I learned 2/3 kanji. Better than nothing. I could probably study now, but I won't because I'm a bit tired. Tomorow I will wake up at 6AM to have a bath and then will study more history. Nevertheless, tomorow in the afternoon I WILL study, and Thursday I have school, but it's a speacial day, it happens twice a year, we have nothing to do at school, we can do whatever we want, and I might take RTK to study in the library. But one thing's for sure, Thursday I will study as usual in the afternoon too. I'm not sure if I take it to school in the morning yet.

Spanish test

Yup. Spanish test. My excuse for today. I had to make 3 pages os notes (which took me only one hour, if less), and read them twice. This is no excuse, as you might be wondering. I'm not saying I did not learn kanji, I learned, yes. Like 5. And reviewed the previous lesson, where I was having some troubles distinguishing some kanji. Now it's 9.12 PM and after writing this I will go back to my study. I stopped in kanji 頻 (repeatedly) and still had no story for it, but I went to 漢字コーヒー's thread "one kanji one picture" and finally got to put a vivid image in my head.

I just can't wait to finish the book so that I can restart Genki. yay.

Tomorow I'll wake up at 6AM and will study kanji and a bit of spanish.

Only one lesson

Today I review the kanji from yesterday and did one lesson only. Tomorow I'll go to the 17th.
Dammit. It's incredible. I don't know what to write.

These day I've been noticing one thing, I have the time to do a lot, but I don't.

I could learn a bunch more of kanji.
I could exercise a lot
I could play Nintendo DS
I could listen to music

...But I don't.

This definitely has to change, my final exams are coming, I hope I have the time to study kanji. These next two months will be really tough. And I mean REALLY. Loads of homework, tests, final exams and its study. Oh, I so miss elementary days.

Even less progress

...yeah, I'm amazing.
Today I reviewed around 100 kanji (the ones I wasn't sure about) and learned 7 kanji. Stopped in frame 352.
Tomorow morning will learn some more, if I could learn 20 kanji in the morning it would be great. If I prove I can than I'll wake up every day at 6AM to study. But I first need to prove it!

Like I said...

Well, if you don't know what I said I'll tell you now. Yesterday I got kanji 333, and said that, even though it was already late, I'd try to do some more kanji, well, I did!
yesterday I got to kanji 345. What surprised me the most was the fact that, while in my bed, thinking of nothing but kanji the stories/vivid images would come out much more easily.

Today I'll study more kanji, but first I have to study History for a bit. My history study won't take long since I only have o study 10 pages and write some notes. As soon aws I'm finished with this I go on to Rembembering the Kanji, the fabulous.

My goal, for now is to get to kanji 500. I divided the 2042 kanji in 4, in other words, first thing's first right?

After trying to review the 46 kanji I added the other day to my pile, I found out that I missed a bunch of them in the beggining. That said, in the afternoon I'll review those and will find stories, since I (ONCE AGAIN) did not really pictured them in my mind. I have a theory to this, it's due to the fact that I don't concentrate as I should. Lesson learned, hopefuly.

Not much progress, really

...only got to kanji 333. I found something I already suspicioned for some time. While I was ridding my indoor bycicle and reviewing the kanji I learned today, I found out that I concentrate a whole lote more in my bike! Eeeeeeek! I can exercise and learn kanji at the same time! Well, even though it's 22.30PM already, I may learn some more kanji today and if I do, you'll know it tomorow. If I learn only one kanji, I'll be satisfied anyway, it's progress.

I'm having some trouble with kanjis for weird words. Some stories are really hard to make |:

I also found out I don't really need to write the kanji, at least for the ones who aren't massive kanji like 夢. By the way, "I dream of flowers, eyes and crowns in the evening". Yeah, that's what I imagine.
